Iran Commercial and Port Services Company with the establishment of an integrated management system (IMS) based on the requirements of the standards:
ISO 5:9001 (Quality Management System)
ISO 5:14001 (Environmental management system)
ISO 8:45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System)
By observing national and international rules and regulations, it aims to follow the following guidelines to create and expand the quality, safety, and environmental culture at all organizational levels:
- Creating added value through understanding and fulfilling the expectations of stakeholders (shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, society, etc.).
- Paying effective attention to employees as the most valuable capital of the company, empowering them with effective management system training and valuing their efforts.
- Developing a process approach, expanding the company's activities, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of the quality system for its continuous improvement.
- Reducing the waste of resources (human resources, financial resources, energy, equipment, etc.) by optimizing the consumption of resources and energy and providing quality services.
