After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, this company was owned by the National Industries Organization of Iran and changed its name to Iran Commercial and Port Services Company. After privatization, the majority of the shares of this company were transferred to Behshahr Industries Development Company. In 2001, all the shares of the company were bought by Iran Chemical Industries Investment Company.
