Iran Commercial and Port Services Company was established in 1972 in Bushehr under the name Persepolis Company. Following the Islamic Revolution, the company came under the ownership of the National Industries Organization of Iran and was subsequently renamed Iran Commercial and Port Services Company. As part of the privatization process, the majority of the company’s shares were transferred to Behshahr Industries Development Company. In 2002, all shares of the company were acquired by Iran Chemical Industries Investment Company. With more than 30 years of experience in the handling and logistics of chemical and petrochemical products, the company provides a comprehensive range of services, including land transportation, loading and unloading, storage, import and export operations, and related port services. The company operates a dedicated wharf and 13 storage tanks with a total annual capacity of 550,000 tons, as well as specialized loading and unloading platforms for the transfer of materials between trucks, storage tanks, and vessels. Its facilities are also equipped with dedicated fire protection and firefighting systems. Leveraging its operational capabilities and port infrastructure, Iran Commercial and Port Services Company provides integrated handling, storage, transportation, and logistics services for chemical and petrochemical products to exporters, importers, and other industry stakeholders.
